In accordance with article 5.2.4.3.1 of Chapter III, Title IV, Book II, Part V of Decree No. 2555 of 2010, every issuer shall disclose, under the terms set, and in a truthful, sufficient, complete and easily understandable manner for investors and the market in general, facts and acts described in cited regulation, related to the following:

• Commercial situation and operations of the issuer. 
• Business crisis of the issuer, its entities and/or subordinate autonomous patrimonies, or its parent company.
• Financial situation of the issuer. 
• Matters related to the issuer's accounting and financial information.
• Corporate governance. 
• Legal situation.
• On the issuance and trading of securities.
• Other events of importance to investors.
